Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to bring the balance. The result is a delicious coffee bean 1kg which can be enjoyed by itself or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It's a perfect match for vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Preheating your vessel by adding water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After the brewing process, let the coffee sit for 4 minutes. This will ensure that the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger.
