God Keepsakes in Hades 2

Zeus

Hestia is a fantastic secondary for physical damage builds and her Aid buff increases with your overall DPS at a ratio of 1:1.

Artemis

Artemis is the Greek Goddess of Wild Animals, Chastity, and Hunting. She is the daughter of Zeus, Leto, and Apollo. She is also a protector for oscarreys.Top women and girls as well as the protector of childbirth. Her cults were especially prominent in the forest regions of Greece, Oscar Reys with particularly large ones at Elaphebolia, Mounikhia, and Brauron. She was particularly well-liked by the Spartans who gave up their lives before committing an army campaign for her.

She is a god of virginity and her independence, strength, and passion have inspired women in many fields including sports, arts, and feministism. She is also a patron goddess of women who hunt which has led to her being depicted in a variety of sculptures and paintings depicting huntresses with bows and arrows. She has also been a symbol of environmental conservation, being considered to be an example of an individual who cares for the environment of the world.

Artemis like other gods of the Greek pantheon, isn't very social. She tends to avoid being in close proximity with other gods, and often is skeptical of their actions when they are trying to get into her territory. She does not take kindly to the other Olympians trying to poke their noses into places they aren't welcome and is quick to lash out when she is provoked.

Artemis is a god who excels in shooting. She provides a number of speed and pressure point buffs which make her an excellent ranged weapon user. Artemis is a fantastic companion for Ares because her Duo Boon allows more consistent Doom mitigation and damage. She is also a great choice for weapons that allow switching between regular and special attacks, since her Heart Rend boon boosts the damage of both attacks.

Athena

Athena is the embodiment for wisdom and strategic combat. She is a god who fulfills her role as Zeus’ daughter. A daughter of Zeus and Metis, Athena was born from the head of Zeus, and she was blessed with the best qualities of both of her parents. She is the patron goddess of ranged weapons and artillery, but her main strength comes from offering strong defensive boons. Her Deflection ability is able to deflect enemy projectiles or melee attacks to their origin, while her Frost Strike bonus can deal the most damage to enemies frozen in the position.

Her main disadvantage is that she has only a few offensive bonuses, however her damage mitigation buffs are effective and could be the difference between a low or high damage-focused build. Her Duo buff applies Weakness every time you strike an opponent that is particularly beneficial in situations where you cannot avoid being struck like Elysium and Styx.

Like her cousin Zeus, Athena can be often overly confident and think she knows better than everyone else. She doesn't appear as close to her cousin as the other Olympian gods, and she is often in a negative view of him.

As Hermes, Athena can offer fantastic god-like buffs for nearly every weapon in the game. However, her attack boosts aren't as powerful and it's generally better to choose a god with more powerful attack multipliers, like Poseidon or Athena. The shield special attack slows the speed of enemies' movement, and her Frost Flourish blessing can increase your attack and special attack damage. However it's not as effective as other Gods' versions. Still, her blessings are very helpful and should be taken advantage of when they are available.

Demeter

Demeter is the goddess of agriculture, and her story illustrates the harmony between love for parents and divine duty. The daughter of Titans Cronus and Rhea, Demeter grew jealous of her siblings after the Titans overthrew their father to assume control of the universe. Demeter stopped all growth in the earth when Hades kidnapped her sister Persephone. This caused an outbreak of hunger. Her mother Zeus convinced her to start farming again but she refused, claiming she had never given up looking for her daughter.

She is eventually reunited with mom when Pan, the god, spots her wandering. However, Zeus is upset that she didn't seek his advice prior to kidnapping his daughter and demands that she be a maid in Hades' household for the remainder of the year. Zeus eventually compromises and she renounces the search for one-third of the year, but she remains a part-time farmer, in gratitude.

Demeter is a mighty goddess who is adept at growing plants and enchanting them. Her children can grow anywhere, and the fruit of her children could be enchanted in order to accelerate healing, trigger battle rage or curse players with passion. In addition to her agricultural powers, Demeter is also known as the goddess of harvests and grain. She is honored in the Greek city of Eleusis which is long associated with the mysteries honored there. The Eleusinian Mysteries were secret and were only accessible to the select few, and many of them are still buried in mystery to this day. The mysteries were focused on the cultivation and preservation of food as well as the afterlife of death. In her role as goddess of harvest, Demeter is a great choice for any build.

Poseidon

He also tames wild horses, demonstrating his mastery of nature's forces and human power.

His romantic entanglements and battles with other Olympian mortals and gods illustrate the interconnected destinies of humans and gods. The infamous encounter with the Gorgon Medusa and the subsequent transformation of the Gorgon Medusa into a monster highlights the divine retribution and suffering of mortals.
