Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to bring the balance. The result is a cup which can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brew.
