Kate Ferdinand showcased her incredible figure on Monday as she slipped into a thong bikini during a suns-oaked getaway to the Algarve, Portugal.

The former TOWIE star, 33, oozed confidence in the brown two-piece as she hit the beach with football ace husband Rio Ferdinand, 45, and a group of family friends.

Preparing for a day of sunbathing, Kate was seen unloading their belongings from the car before setting up camp on a selection of sun loungers on the beach.

The influencer teamed the halter neck swimwear with a white sports cap and dark sunglasses, with her blonde locks swept back into a loose ponytail.

Meanwhile Rio slipped into a pair of grey swimming trunks, accessorising his beach look with trendy shades and a gold chain.

Keeping cool in the Portuguese sunshine, the duo were seen sipping on refreshing looking drinks while taking in the relaxed atmosphere. 

Kate and Rio share son Cree, three, and daughter Shae, who celebrated her first birthday last month.

Kate is also step-mother to Rio's children Lorenz, 18, Tate, 15, and Tia, from his first wife Rebecca Ellison, who tragically passed away in 2015 after a short battle with breast cancer.

However, the youngsters didn't appear to be present as their parents appeared to celebrate a pal's birthday at a popular shack restaurant on the beach. 

It appears that Rio and Kate couldn't get enough of the European sunshine as just last month they jetted off to Mykonos, with Kate showing off her sensational figure in a black bikini as she posed for Instagram snaps. 

She caught up on lost time with her former footballer husband Rio following his four-week stint away covering the Euros in Germany.

The couple seemed in good spirits as they relaxed at Principote beach club during their first day on the Greek island.
