item upgrading it is going to change. Upgrading a normal item creates an Exceptional item while upgrading an item that is Exceptional will result in an elite version of the base
item upgrader mod. The item will be able to keep the same stats it had prior to upgrading however, it will also receive an additional benefit from its new base type. The bonus is randomly chosen. It could be a weapon that has more damage range, an improved speed of reloading, or an increased defense roll.
The amount of upgrades you perform will determine the amount of extras you get. Each upgrade will increase the additional benefits by an increment of 1 up to a maximum of three. Each upgrade will also increase the stats of the main game by +1.
In addition to the stat boosts, some upgrades will also give a random secondary boost. These boosts can be useful and should be taken into consideration when deciding on which items to upgrade. Some of these boosts are only useful in specific builds (such as Whistan's shield for FB sorcs) while others can bring a great deal of value to specific collectors.
Some items have a built-in boos, which is less effective when upgraded. For instance, the Goldwrap offers an additional slots for potion. These are usually upgraded to add more value to a close-to-perfect or perfect item.
Costs
There are some costs associated with
item upgrades. The first cost is the upgrade itself. It can be costly and is dependent on the new ilvl of the item and the number perks it gains. It can also be costly to upgrade an item to a higher tier (such as Explorer > Champion, or Veteran > Heroic).
The other is the cost of the materials required for an upgrade. These items are typically Power Dices (dropped from monsters 21+), Minerals and Erons or specific Mists of Pandaria or Warlords Of Draenor Quests. These items can be found in the inventory of an Upgrade Vendor.
It takes time to upgrade an item. Depending on the size of the upgrade, it can take anywhere from 8 to 12 hours. The base stats of an upgraded
item level upgrade are calculated based upon its new ilvl and other properties. This calculation determines the new Armor Class bonuses, damage dice, and other important stats. In certain cases the upgrade will provide additional advantages that can be picked from a list of available advantages.
Rarely, the perks obtained will cost more than one perk slot In these instances, the upgrade will only replace the perks with the highest cost. The upgrader could also make other adjustments to the Best item upgrader (

Success Rate
Upgrades to items are based on an opportunity, and like any random system, there is a chance that the upgrade will fail. However, there are a few factors that can increase the chances of success. This includes using an Upgrade Pity or the addition additional materials to your
upgrade items.
The Upgrade Pity can be bought through the NPC for the smithing process in Lost Ark. It increases the odds of an upgrade being successful by a certain percentage. It is similar to the "luck bonus" that some items offer however it is more reliable. It can be added to any weapon or armor and can be used up to three times.
It is also possible to add a variety of additional items to the upgrade, thereby increasing its chance of success. These materials are displayed in a window above the + button. There are a few limitations. The maximum amount of material you can add is displayed directly above the + button.
Another way to increase the chances of an upgrade achieving success is by using the item known as the Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version of it. This item is useful if your weapon or piece is nearing or has reached the maximum level of its tier. It allows you to upgrade that piece of gear to the next level without having to worry about breaking.
If an upgrade fails, it will be reverted to its original state. This is usually a downgrade, but could also be an upgrade. It is recommended to save an upgrade when you're close to the maximum level of an item, and to use it as a last resort.
Kafra has a range of items that can be used to increase the chances of an upgrade succeeding. For instance upgrading an equipment using HD Oridecon or HD Elunium multiple times will provide you with more chance of success. The chance of success will be increased if you increase your chances of receiving a Double Mint by Shoe-Minting five times.
Failure Rate
The item upgrader allows players to add an additional card slot to their equipment. These slots can be used to apply an enchantment or upgrade an item. The higher the rank, the more Zen and the items you'll need to upgrade it.
This system is expensive particularly if you are looking for top-quality gear. It can cost between 100,000 z and 100 Carnium to upgrade an armor or weapon. The chance of success also decreases as you go up in rank. You can increase the chances of upgrading an item making use of cash shop items.
Normal Upgrade is a fundamental upgrade that can be applied to weapons, armor and bikes. It uses different core grades based on the item type. In general, lower quality items require lower-cost cores whereas higher grade ones require higher-end ones.
You must have the proper number of cores in order to perform an upgrade. Once you have them, click the button next to the item you wish to upgrade. The upgrade window will show a percentage indicator of your chances of success. The percentage is based on the level of upgrade for the item as well as the core kind you have selected.
You can also choose a safeguard that will protect your item in the event of failure. This protection is not free, but the cost will be less than a new item. The safeguard can be used only once each upgrade, and it is not a valid expiry date unless it is re-used.
The interface for the item upgrader could be somewhat difficult to navigate, but it's not impossible to navigate. The main menu is displayed on the left, and the upgrade window appears on the right. The arrows to the left side of the UI represent the different stages of the upgrade process. Click the question mark icon to receive help if you are unsure what you're doing. The process of upgrading can take up to five minutes.
