In addition to its price, the Cloud Plus scored well for design with a sturdy frame that is able to withstand lots of use and a simple one-hand brake. It is easy to push on flat surfaces, and it can easily navigate obstacles like curbs and other obstacles. However, it does not have a wide stance like other strollers that we test, which makes it more difficult to navigate on uneven surfaces. It also doesn't have a long recline, and the sun canopy is on the short side but these aren't major sacrifices for an affordable price.
